Ginjinha is a traditional Portuguese liqueur made from the infusion of sour cherries (a variety also known as amarena) in brandy, usually with added sugar and sometimes cinnamon or other flavorings. It is especially traditional in the regions of Lisbon, Óbidos, Alcobaça, and Fundão, where ginja is cultivated and the drink has been produced artisanally for many generations. A perfect pairing with the fine pastries of Chef Daniel Leal.

Black Forest: Almond jaconde, chocolate and ginja ganache, morello cherry marmalade, chocolate ganache montée, almond rocher.
